HOW TO USE
1. Wear the product tightly with the pattern-ingrained side pointing to the skin.(Wear it on Waist, Abdomen, Shoulders, Back, Wrists, Neck and other parts of the body needing message and fasten it on to the body part with Velcro.
2. It usually takes about 30 minutes to generate heat after wearing. (The speed of thermal energy production may vary depending on individuals.)
3. If you feel too hot in the protector, please take it off for a while.
(The recommended operation time per session is an hour and normally it is about an hour later from the point where the protector gets warmed up)
4. It is recommended to use it every morning and evening (1-2 times ) a day.
