How to drink
1. Rinse 30 ~ 4 times of hay (one handful) in running water 3 ~ 4 times, put in 3L of water and boil.
2. When it starts to boil, simmer for another 5 minutes over medium heat.
3. When the water has cooled, filter the hay and drink it warmly or coldly instead of water.
Storage
